We’re rolling out a new video and picture “channel” at DTL to feature all of the great videos and images that are popping up all over the place. From classic videos to documentaries to new promos to image galleries of interest, they will all be featured on DownTube. Instead of trying to track everything on separate services (YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, etc), we just decided to stream them all to one place.
There are already a large number of videos featured on DT, but what better day to announce the launch than the day that we feature the rough cut of Eden Z Film’s Wordwide film on the life of Gene Eugene. Many more videos and images will be coming – but we also take submissions if you think there is something we missed. New video posts will be streamed to our Facebook and Twitter pages, but you can also grab the RSS feed to follow DownTube in your favorite RSS reader.
