Tom Gulotta Diagnosed with Brain Tumor

If the name Tom Gulotta sounds familiar to you, it should. Tom has been a guiding force behind Daniel Amos, Terry Scott Taylor, and several other related bands. In 1980, he co-founded Stunt Records, the indie label still going to this day that has been getting Daniel Amos and many other great artists out to the wider world. He also happens to be married to one of those artists, Eve Selis. Eve reported last week that Tom had been diagnosed with a brain tumor. Eve and Tom work in the music business, where there is little to no medical insurance. They have started a GoFundMe campaign to help offset the medical bills. See the GoFundMe page to read more about Tom’s condition and to see how you can help. This is where the rubber hits the road, people. Please share this with anyone that has enjoyed the music of the artists that Tom has promoted, and consider giving yourself.

  1. Just one more reason that your presence in the ‘legacy Christian’ community (or whatever you want to call it) is so vital!

Since I’m not as active on FB and other social media I might not have found out about Tom’s medical situation if it weren’t for you posting it.

Thanks for making Down the Line not only a great place to keep up with the music we love but also (probably more importantly) to keep up with the people behind that music. We’re all part of this community, and unfortunately we’re all fragile human beings who are getting older and who need each other’s presence and prayers all the more, with each passing year.
