“The Blamed is back starting to play select live shows and starting to write a new EP in the fall after not having a studio record in 14 years.
The Blamed will consist of original drummer Jim Chaffin formally of The Crucified. Original guitarist Bryan Gray also of The Satire. 2nd Guitarist Jeff Locke who recorded on The Blamed record …again (1998) and toured.
Bass player Sid Duffour formally of Headnoise and currently in October Bird of Death and The Satire. (Played the 2012 Cornerstone last show with The Blamed)
With new lead vocalist Wiley Willis of October Bird Of Death and Chicago Positive Hardcore band 2Minute Minor. (Played The Blamed reunion at AudioFeed 2016)
The new record will be a Hard hitting freight train heavily inspired by 80s/90s Oldschool hardcore and punk rock with The Blamed twist on it.
We’re glad to be back.
