Crimson Thorn is the United States' premiere Christian death metal band. Playing since 1991, they have released one demo and 3 full-lengths. Luke and Miles met at a [[Barren Cross]] concert. They became friends and started a band called [[Obadiah]]. From there they created Crimson Thorn.

"This is the 3rd album from Crimson Thorn and marks a more experimental approach, although it is still extremely brutal. There are more keyboards than before, and they add a very nice touch. The vocals are even lower than before, and there is a tremendous growl on track 8, Meaningless, which is probably the lowest vocal I've ever heard."
