Alternative Rock
Waukegan, Illinois, USA
From Facebook: “Waukegan Christian School mates Neal Matthew, John Fincher and Jim Neave started band in winter of 1978 after several mid-night jam sessions. Hungry for original progressive Rock music they created their own with their major influences being Van Halen, Rush, the Police, Pat Travers and U2. First Generation band names included Eden with Dave and Bob Morley and progressed to Gabriel, Timepiece , 3D and finally In 3D which fit nicely on a button.
The music evolved into a syncopated rhythm guitar-bass sound inviting innovative drumming provided by Mike Kroell, Tom Commons, Todd Moriarty and finally Dave Geer. The Band recorded several EP's including Against the Wave, Separate Planes available only on cassette until the Debut Album release of No Glasses Needed in 1985.”
