"Assembly Line was an early, one-man project of Birmingham, Alabama techno-dance maven Patrick Mauldin. His only recording under the moniker, "Fast v.1.7," was a short, staccatto techno-industrial instrumental featured on the //Ballistic Test 3// and //Best of Ballistic Test 1997-1998//, released on [[Flaming Fish Music]] in 1998 and 1999, respectively. Mauldin would later record the somewhat more successful industrial dance project [[M-Edge]] and trance outfit Fitzpatrick."
