The Fourth Watch was founded by Bill Walden ([[Undercover]]) and Steve Pannier ([[Altar Boys]]). Their drummer was Bill Lawrence, and their bass players were Kevin Elling and then Mike Cowden. They played together from 1984-87, and recorded one album on [[Exile Records]] called //Dare to be the One//.
