 Early band led by [[Chris Lizotte]] before he formed [[Passion to Pass]]. Similar in style to The Simpletones. It is unknown if they recorded any songs.
+After high school, Lizotte went to Steamboat, Colorado for ski season with some friends, one of them named Dana. While there, a friends told him they should start a band with Chris on guitar when they got back. So they formed a band and called it The Spiritones. They played at churches opening for [[The Lifesavors]] and [[Undercover]], sometimes with 3000 people in attendance. The band stayed together for 2 or so years, into the mid 1980s.
