In 1995, R.E.X. Music announced a new sub-label called Reverend G Records (named after Reverend Gary Davis) formed by Michael Black and Lanny Cordola. They even had an ad in HM with My Little Dog China, Every Day Life, Soul Shock Remedy, and Ambiosys. But Ambiosys never came out. No other information is known about this band, but some think it may have been an early name for Symbiotica, a later Lanny Cordola project.
