Teflon Brain

Funk Metal
Manhattan, Kansas, USA

Teflon Brain started in Wichita, Kansas, by three teenage friends. The three friends went to college at Manhattan Christian College. In Manhattan they met their vocalist and recorded their only tape. “Waldorf Casserole” is an instrumental song. Jansen said “the guy doing the recording was charging per song, so we slapped two instrumentals together to make that one song. BOGO baby.”

After this, they changed their name to Smudge and then Trip Sofa.
