Ten new songs will take listeners back to the mid to late 80’s when hardcore punk was getting exploratory and the early 90’s when punk, metal, and rock merged to create something perilous and distinct. The Portland, OR quartet forges ahead with the same mindset, always looking to forge something unique. Teeth for Eyes features Greg Dimick and Mike Boddington from legendary groups Crux, Empty Tomb, and Godspeed.
When asked who Teeth for Eyes could be compared to or are influenced by, guitarist Greg Dimick replied, ‘Comparing is always a letdown. No particular influence other than a lifetime of listening to music. I come up with music ideas and we make them work… or not. If people like it , cool. If not…oh well.’
