This is basically Scottie Joel Cooper of Dethdoor/Erin Peacechild fame doing vocals over an audition tape for the band The Emperor's New Clothes. The Emperor's New Clothes was a local Hollywood band auditioning for a singer, so Cooper had his musician/producer housemate help him lay his vocals over their music.
