• Access (rock/AOR band from California active around 1985)
• Access (alternative rock band from Minnesota active around 1988) - Formerly known as Restricted Access, they renamed themselves to The Swoon.
• Access (techno band from the United Kingdom active around 1985) - They changed names to Except for Access before members formed World Wide Message Tribe.
