The Fourth Watch was founded by Bill Walden (Undercover) and Steve Pannier (Altar Boys). Their drummer was Bill Lawrence, and their bass players were Kevin Elling and then Mike Cowden. They played together from 1984-87, and recorded one album on Exile Records called Dare to be the One.
