Interested in having your music, books, videos, or other projects reviewed by us? We would be glad to give them a shot. Email our main account [downthelinezine (at) gmail (dot) com] for more information.
Interested in writing for Down the Line? All work is on a volunteer basis. But we love to get more people involved in the creative process. Live reviews or reviews of albums we miss are especially appreciated. We would also love to see articles about bands, poetry, stories, etc. Please contact us at our main account [downthelinezine (at) gmail (dot) com] first to see if we have space and interest in your story.
We are also open to other creative endeavors. Contact us at the email address above to discuss your ideas.
Have an older classic article that you would like to see re-published – or maybe even published for the first time? We would love to hear about these also.
Since we are free and some what sporadic, we don’t have a rate for advertisement. We also know that different entities would find different value in advertising with us. Therefore, we have adopted a trade policy for advertising. We will swap ad space for ad space with any one interested. For bands, labels, companies, etc – we will swap merchandise for ad space. We are not talking major piles of stuff either – just whatever you think would be a good trade for the amount of space you want and the duration you want it for. Contact us at our main account [downthelinezine (at) gmail (dot) com] to discuss options.
See the Basement Tapes submissions page for more information on getting your music on the show. Please note that music sent to the Basement Tapes will not necessarily be reviewed for the magazine, as we all live in different states.
