Help Support the Dave and Sue Perkins Stem Cell Fund

Dave Perkins has put out some great solo albums (Pistol City Holiness, The Innocence, etc), been a part of many great projects (Chagall Guevara, Passafist, etc), and participated in too many other things to list. He is in need of our prayers, thoughts, and voices. Spread the word: Dave Perkins was treated for myeloma in 2007. At that time, the cancer had begun to destroy the sacrum, a bone at the base of the spine, from the inside out. Following surgery, chemo and radiation, Dave had been receiving good follow-up reports until recent tests showed the cancer has returned in multiple locations: lesions in the vertebrae, sternum, ribs, and pelvic area. This time around Dave is undergoing a 30-day stem cell transplant process. He does have medical insurance but, as you can imagine, his expenses related to this illness are so much more than insurance covers. See the give forward support page if you would like to donate, or pass it along to those that would.
