Retroactive Records will soon be launching pre-orders for remastered CD and vinyl reissues of Sacrificium and Healing by Randy Rose/Rose. Randy Rose was one of the two co-founders of Mad at the World (along with his brother Roger). Randy Rose’s solo albums – under his own name or just the moniker “Rose” – featured a heavy doom/sludge sound influenced by Black Sabbath, Trouble, The Cult, Danzig, etc. Rose is still releasing albums today, but this is where his solo work started. CDs and vinyl have been remastered and given expanded booklets with a new write-up by Randy himself. And the vinyl looks sweet. Pre-orders launch April 4th at 7pm CST.
